I listen, observe, and ask questions to understand what works, what doesn't, and what could work better. That information becomes your written Executive Brief and Strategic Home Roadmap — priorities, opportunities and recommendations, not just on-the-spot suggestions.

The best time to schedule your assessment is before you spend money on products, construction or remodeling.
What it is Not
A Strategic Home Assessment™ is not a home inspection, engineering or structural evaluation, mechanical,
electrical or plumbing evaluation, construction estimate, appraisal, code inspection or set of construction documents.
It is also not a traditional design consultation built around immediate, room-by-room suggestions. The onsite assessment is the information-gathering and evaluation process that informs your Executive Brief and Strategic Home Roadmap.
The objective is clarity — understanding what deserves your attention and what should happen next.
How to Schedule & Pay
Schedule an appointment at the button below. Your date & time will be approved upon receipt of the $685 Assessment fee. Once payment has been received and cleared, your appointment will be confirmed. You will receive a separate confirmation as soon as your appointment is approved.
